Schedule for Classes

Ersdal Zone Therapy is unique, non-invasive modality that treats the body as a whole and triggers the body’s own healing systems to the do the work of healing and maintaining good health. Ersdal Zone Therapy is based on the studies of anatomy, physiology, pathology and immunology. These studies integrate and merge one into the other which allows for more relative meaning and retention of the information. The material and hands on practice prepares the students to utilize their skills in natural health care.

Students now have two options:

One – First time ever offered, a 6 month course to help yourself and family.

Two – Add the therapy to a practice you already have.
This consists of a 12 month course with more in depth learning and practice.

Classes are online from the comfort of your home. The online portion consists of classes one through five and seven through eleven. Classes six and twelve will be in person in St. Paul, MN to thoroughly check the application of the therapy by each student.

Classes commence one weekend per month 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST (Central Standard Time), with two 15 minute breaks, and 1 hour for lunch.

A quiet room with a closed door is ideal.

Day One – Theory

Day Two – Practical application of the therapy. You will need another person present to practice on.
